TDF system

The LIKE two-shaft tire crusher is specially designed for old tires with low speed and high torque to minimize noise and power consumption. The blade of the tire shredder is made of high quality steel and subjected to Bodycote heat treatment to achieve the best crushing performance.

Rubber mulch system

LIKE tire shredding system is designed to produce up to 6 tons per hour of wire free rubber mulch. This system produces up to a 99% wire free chip ranging in size between 12-25mm (0.47’’and 1.0’’) depending on the desired size. After processing, the steel is removed by our magnetic separation system.

Rubber crumb system

Crumb Rubber is the result of the third station in the LIKE recycling line. At this stage, wire-free rubber mulch is processed into a uniform granule with all steel and fiber removed. Crumb Rubber is typically found in 3/8” – 400 microns (0.400 mm) in size.

Rubber powder system

The rubber powder plant is designed to convert whole scrap tires into high quality, uncontaminated rubber powder. This plant can produce rubber powder from 500kgs to 5 tons an hour in capacity and the powder size can be as fine as 120mesh adjusted by centrifugal screen.
