LIKE’s two shaft shredders are specially designed for used tires, low speed, high torque operation minimize the noise and power consumption with high throughout rate. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of tires, output ,final product, the shredder can process OTR tires, big truck tires, passenger car tires at a rate of 1t-30t in one hour.
Processes whole tires into rough shreds for disposal or further processing to Tire Derived Aggregate (TDA), Tire Derived Fuel (TDF), or Feed Stock for Crumb Rubber Applications.
Two-shaft shredders are slow or high speed primary shredders which are typically the first industrial machine waste materials see. These are powerful units that cut and shred raw materials down to manageable sizes. Typical two-shaft shredders output 2”-6” inch waste shreds for use or further processing.
